Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of our AI training bot products and instant delivery of license keys, all sales are generally considered final. Once a license key has been delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Refund

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • License key not delivered due to technical error on our end

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • License has been activated and used
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements
  • Request made after the license period has expired

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
