Digital Product Policy
Due to the digital nature of our AI training bot products and instant delivery of license keys, all sales are generally considered final. Once a license key has been delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligibility for Refund
We may consider refunds in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 24 hours)
- License key not delivered due to technical error on our end
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- License has been activated and used
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements
- Request made after the license period has expired

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
