Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per month for each message category you have opted into. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received. MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with the following service providers who assist in our operations, under strict confidentiality agreements:

  • Stripe - for payment processing (PCI-compliant)
  • Supabase - for secure data storage and authentication
  • SMS service provider - solely for delivering text messages on our behalf

We will never share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Email & Text Message Communications

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.
