1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using webeatpros.com and our software products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR, you expressly consent to receiving text messages as described in these Terms.
2. Description of Services
MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR provides AI-powered training bot software for Rocket League, including the Opti Bot and Nova Bot. These are AI-assisted training tools designed to help players improve their skills through practice against advanced AI opponents. Our services also include account management, customer support, order notifications, and optional promotional SMS communications. MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR is not affiliated with Psyonix or Epic Games.
3. License Terms
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our software. Licenses are hardware-locked to your device for security purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key. License durations vary based on the plan selected (daily, weekly, monthly, 3-month, or lifetime).
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and license keys. You agree to use our software in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or providing your phone number for SMS communications.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in via our website at webeatpros.com/opt-in, you may independently consent to receive SMS text messages from MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR under one or both of the following categories:
5.0a Transactional Messages (Order & Account Updates)
If you opt in to transactional messages, you may receive:
- Order confirmations and license key delivery notifications
- Account security alerts
- Customer support responses
5.0b Marketing Messages (Promotions & Product Updates)
If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive:
- Product updates and new feature announcements
- Promotional offers and discounts
Each message category requires its own separate consent. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. You may opt in to one or both categories independently.
5.1 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month for each message category you have opted into, depending on your account activity and communication preferences.
5.2 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any SMS messages you receive from us. MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
5.3 Opt-Out / How to Stop Messages
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR unless you opt in again. 5.5 Consent
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may purchase our products without consenting to receive SMS messages. We will not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5.6 Supported Carriers
Our SMS service supports major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or interruptions of SMS messaging services. MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.
7. Data Security

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions
MICHAEL A CABIBBO JR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
9.1 Program Description
The Program consists of two separate message categories, each requiring independent opt-in consent: (1) Transactional messages related to orders, account security, and customer support; and (2) Marketing messages including promotions, product updates, and special offers. You may opt in to one or both categories at webeatpros.com/opt-in. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages per month for each message category you opt into. You agree that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
9.2 User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at support@webeatpros.com. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
9.3 User Opt-Out and Support
You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
9.4 Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
9.5 Modifications
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
